Pomona Waste and Recycling Task Force Draft Ordinance

The Pomona Waste and Recycling Task Force has been working for nearly two years on an ordinance that will help the City’s waste and recycling businesses to operate in a manner that would potentially lessen their impact on the community. The draft ordinance is available for public review and comment through February 23, 2016. It is anticipated that the draft ordinance will be considered by the Planning Commission in March.
