Phillips Ranch Assessment District

Application to join the Phillips Ranch Assessment District Committee.  If you are a resident in the Phillips Ranch Assessment District, here is your opportunity to join the Phillips Ranch Assessment District Oversight Committee.  The Oversight Committee will serve in an advisory capacity to Staff and City Council with respect to the scope of assessment-funded landscaping and lighting services, and to provide staff with information regarding contractor performance within the Phillips Ranch Assessment District.  It is expected that this Committee will hold quarterly meetings with additional meetings as needed. 

The Committee will be selected from the pool of applicants by City Council.   The anticipated date of this selection is July 15 during the City Council meeting.  Given timing, in order to be considered for the Committee, you must complete and submit the application by July 2, 2019 by 12:00pm to the City Clerk per the instructions on the application.   Click Link for Application

Pomona City Council Seeks Pomona Residents Interested in Serving on a City Commission

POMONA, CA (June 18, 2019) – If you have a strong interest in the community and have the ability to give generously of your time, why not apply to serve on a City Board or Commission?  Commissioners and Board Members have an opportunity to make a difference in the community by providing recommendations to the City Council.  Commissioners serve on a volunteer basis and are appointed by the City Council.  Anyone who is a resident of Pomona and is interested in serving on a Commission may obtain an application from the City Clerk’s Office or on the City’s website at www.ci.pomona.ca.us.
