 Section 62-195 Recycled Water Rates

The City supplies recycled water treated by the Los Angeles County Sanitation District at their Pomona wastewater treatment plant. This recycled water is delivered to the City where it is stored in an above ground water storage reservoir and delivered to City customers upon demanded. The City’s recycled water system includes three non-potable water wells within the Spadra Basin, two reservoirs, six booster pumps, two pressure zones and two transmission lines. Recycled water service charges pay for the costs of operation and maintenance of these facilities, capital improvements, and as well as recycled water supply costs.
