MAP Recepient

The City of Pomona provides housing programs that assist the first time home buyer and encourages the development of affordable housing for low to moderate income residents. 

 

First Time Homebuyer

The First Time Homebuyer Program (MAP) is a deferred loan program that provides eligible families with GAP financing to secure financing for the purchase of a single-family home or condominium in Pomona

MAP assists up to $100,000 for income households with a second trust deed (silent second)

Who is eligible?

The Homebuyer may not have had ownership interest in a residential property within the past three (3) years. The Homebuyer's household gross income cannot be more than the following current income limits per year:

 Several Affordable Senior Apartment have been developed, these projects have been financed utilizing a number of resources including housing set aside funds, tax credits, and HUD section 202 funds.
