Project Description

     The applicant, KU & Associates, is requesting a Development Plan Review to allow the construction of a new three-story 132 room hotel, on a project site that consists of two contiguous properties totaling 2.66 acres (115,869 sq. ft.), with 150 off-street parking spaces located at 700 East Foothill Boulevard in the Pomona Corridors Specific Plan.
