Project Description

     The applicant, Dan Hinson, is requesting a Modification of Conditional Use Permit (MCUP 7829-2017) to remodel the exterior of the existing Taco Bell fast-food restaurant. The restaurant occupies an approximately 2,356 square foot building on a 22,500 square foot lot within the Urban Neighborhood Center of the Pomona Corridors Specific Plan. No square footage is proposed to be added to the building.

     The existing building is in a Spanish style with tiled roof and stucco walls. The proposed design is Contemporary. The walls of the front and sides will use composite fiberboard panels, metal panels and faux brick panels. The rear freezer/cooler portion of the building will have metal panel walls. The overall appearance is clean and updated. The building is a simple rectangle with no articulation; no change to the floor plan is proposed.
