Alarm Service Provider Information


It is the policy of the City of Pomona that Alarm Permit information is not provided to alarm service providers. All alarm permit information should be obtained from each individual client. Your client receives paperwork from the City of Pomona clearly indicating that it is their responsibility to contact their respective alarm service provider and provide them with their valid alarm permit number.

The purpose for this is to eliminate the need to continually answer repeated telephone calls from alarm service providers to obtain this information. The City of Pomona considers this information to be confidential and can only be obtained from your clients.
